Processing and Shipping

Total Delivery Time for Your Order

The total delivery time for your order is the time it takes from the time you place your order until you receive it, which usually takes 4-5 weeks, depending on the artist’s availability, the complexity of the painting, shipping delays, and the destination. The total delivery time is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

The processing time for a painting is the time it takes from the time you place your order to the time the painting leaves the studio. Once payment has been received, processing begins. The processing time includes both the time it takes to process your order and the time it takes to paint and dry.

The processing time is usually 2-3 weeks, but it can take up to 4 weeks depending on the artist’s availability and the complexity of the painting. Larger or more complex paintings and orders may take up to 8 weeks to complete.

Please keep in mind that oil paint is a type of slow-drying paint that is made up of pigment particles suspended in a drying oil. The rate at which the oil dries is greatly influenced by humidity and weather changes. Your painting will be painted with several layers of oil paint, each of which must dry before applying the next layer. Because it is impossible to predict the weather and the rate at which the oil will dry, it is impossible to predict when the painting will be dry enough to ship.

The shipping time is measured from the time the product leaves the warehouse to the time it arrives at your door. We have no control over weather-related shipping delays. The paintings are shipped in a protective tube, rolled up.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email, which will also include a delivery tracking number so that you may check the delivery progress online.

Packaging

Our priority is the quality of your shipment, and the materials we use to package our products reflect that commitment. You can be confident that if your order includes multiple products, they will be shipped separately in the appropriate packaging and you will not be charged additional shipping.

All paintings are coated with a variety of preserving varnishes, covered with a protective sheet and film, and then carefully rolled into a durable tube.

Lost and Damaged Products

We guarantee your satisfaction and make every effort to ensure that your order arrives complete and on time. Packages may, on occasion, become lost or damaged in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or left with someone who has accepted the package on your behalf, such as a family member, neighbour, coworker, or building manager. Please contact us if your package is lost or damaged upon arrival in the unlikely event that it is lost or damaged.
