Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations

We begin processing your order as soon as you place it. It may be possible to cancel or change your order before it enters the painting process, but once it enters the painting process, it cannot be cancelled.

We are committed to providing high-quality products, and your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 365 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping and handling costs. Only if the return is for a damaged painting will shipping charges be refunded. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for returning the painting to our studio. Custom orders are not covered by this guarantee and cannot be returned for a refund because they cannot be sold to another customer.

For a full refund, returned products must be in new or unused condition and include all original materials included with the shipment. We cannot replace or credit a returned product that is not in the same condition as the original order (s).

We strongly advise you to send your product back using a trackable method. We cannot replace or credit any product that is lost during return shipping.

Returns Timeline

We will credit your original method of payment once we receive the returned painting. After we receive the returned painting, you should receive your refund within 5-10 business days. In many cases, you will receive your refund sooner, but we estimate 5-10 business days after we receive the returned painting due to product inspection at our returns studio (up to 5 business days) and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will send you an email with the details of your refund, and we will issue refunds in the same form of payment that you used to place your order.

Returns by Mail Instructions

Please notify us via email at [email protected] if you wish to return an order for a refund. Make sure to include the reason for the return. We will then contact you with shipping information. Only if you follow our shipping instructions will we issue a refund. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a $75.00 fine per painting.

Include all original packing materials as well as the product you wish to return.

Return the product using a trackable method to ensure that it does not go missing during shipping. We are unable to issue refunds for lost items.
